Community Participation & Suggestion Guidelines

CVC Yuva Sankalpa welcomes different opinions, experiences and ideas. Members are expected to communicate respectfully with other members, administrators, public representatives and community stakeholders.

• Express your views politely and constructively.
• Respect opinions that are different from your own.
• Avoid personal attacks, abusive language and insulting remarks.
• Focus on ideas, suggestions and community needs rather than attacking individuals.
• Do not use the platform to create unnecessary conflict or hostility.

Suggestions submitted through the platform should aim to identify community needs, propose useful ideas or encourage positive development.

• Clearly explain what you are suggesting.
• Provide relevant facts or details wherever possible.
• Suggest practical and constructive solutions.
• Avoid submitting the same suggestion repeatedly.
• Do not knowingly submit false, fabricated or misleading information.

Members may use the platform to share suggestions concerning matters that affect young people and their communities.

• Suggestions may relate to education, employment, skills, public facilities, youth development, environment, sports, health awareness and other community matters.
• Provide the correct locality or area information wherever it is requested.
• Explain the situation clearly without exaggeration.
• Do not submit suggestions on behalf of another person without appropriate knowledge or permission.
• Avoid using personal information about other people unless it is genuinely necessary and lawful.

Surveys and other participation activities help understand the views and priorities of young people. Members should participate honestly and responsibly.

• Provide genuine responses based on your own views and experience.
• Do not intentionally manipulate survey results.
• Do not create multiple accounts for the purpose of influencing a survey or poll.
• Do not use automated tools or other methods to generate artificial responses.
• Respect the purpose and instructions of each survey or participation activity.

Members may be permitted to submit photographs, videos or other materials as part of their participation. Uploaded materials must be appropriate for the platform and submitted responsibly.

• Upload material that you have the right or permission to share.
• Avoid uploading photographs or videos that reveal another person's private information without appropriate permission.
• Do not upload obscene, sexually explicit, violent or otherwise inappropriate material.
• Do not deliberately manipulate media to create a false or misleading representation.
• Do not upload copyrighted material belonging to others unless you have the necessary rights or permission.

Responsible community participation includes protecting the privacy and dignity of other people.

• Do not publish another person's phone number, address, identification information or other private details without appropriate authorization.
• Do not upload private conversations, documents or photographs belonging to another person without permission.
• Do not use the platform to publicly shame, threaten or harass another person.
• Take particular care when submitting photographs containing children or other vulnerable persons.

CVC Yuva Sankalpa is intended for constructive youth participation. Content that violates applicable law, the platform's Terms and Policies or these guidelines may be removed.

Some approved suggestions, participation activities, photographs, videos or other content may be displayed through public sections of the platform.

• Remember that public content may be viewed by other people.
• Do not include unnecessary personal information in publicly visible content.
• Review your submission carefully before submitting it.
• Do not use public content to target or harass individuals.
• Respect the platform's moderation decisions.

Each member is responsible for activity performed through their account.

• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Do not share your account with another person.
• Do not attempt to access another member's account.
• Do not impersonate another person or create a misleading identity.
• Inform the platform administration if you believe your account has been misused.

Suggestions and user-generated content may be reviewed before publication or at any later stage where necessary.

• Content may be approved, held for review, rejected or removed.
• The administration may request clarification or additional information where appropriate.
• Content that violates the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Content Guidelines or applicable law may be restricted or removed.
• Serious or repeated violations may result in suspension or termination of account access in accordance with applicable policies.

CVC Yuva Sankalpa provides an opportunity for youth to communicate ideas and suggestions. Submission of a suggestion does not create an entitlement to a specific action, service, decision or outcome.

If you come across content that appears to violate the platform's Terms, Policies or Community Guidelines, please bring it to the attention of the platform administration through the available reporting or grievance channels.

• Clearly identify the content you are concerned about.
• Explain why you believe it requires review.
• Provide relevant information where reasonably necessary for verification.
• Do not misuse reporting mechanisms to target or harass another member.

The administration may take appropriate action when a member repeatedly or seriously violates these guidelines or other applicable platform policies.

• Content may be removed or restricted.
• The member may receive a warning or request for clarification.
• Account functionality may be temporarily restricted.
• Account access may be suspended or terminated in accordance with applicable policies.
• Where legally required or appropriate, matters may be referred to the relevant authority.

CVC Yuva Sankalpa is built around the belief that responsible youth participation can contribute to stronger communities.

• Think before you post.
• Speak with respect.
• Share facts responsibly.
• Protect your privacy and respect the privacy of others.
• Suggest solutions wherever possible.
• Participate honestly in surveys and activities.
• Encourage constructive dialogue.

These Community Participation & Suggestion Guidelines are intended to help members understand responsible participation on CVC Yuva Sankalpa.

They should be read together with the Portal's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Content Guidelines. In case of any conflict, the applicable formal Terms and Policies will govern.
